By agreeing to the terms and conditions when signing up to use lotsintheattic.com you understand that you are legally bound to the bids you make. You are responsible for payment and pickup of any items won. Should you not pay for items won you understand that legal action may be taken against you. You understand and agree that we may terminate your use of the site at our discretion and without notice for any reason such as

-nonpayment of items won

-non pickup of items won

-fraudulent activity on the site

If items are not picked up or arrangements made for pickup within 10 days of auctions end, items will be forfeited. Money will not be refunded for items forfeited.

We are not responsible for damages or mishaps at pickup site.

You understand that all items are sold "as is" and without any warranties or guarantees. it is your responsibility to check items either through preview or photos provided.

Ownership of Site

Lots In The Attic, LLC is the owner of this site and the content on it.

Payment

Upon winning you will be provided with an invoice. we charge purchase price + sales tax for the state of Ohio. If credit card is used at pickup there will be a 3.5% charge on the total price of the invoice. Paypal, cash, and credit cards are acceptable forms of payment.

Changes

Lots in the Attic, LLC reserves the right to make changes as they deem necessary at any time to these terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read through any changes. By continuing to use the site after any such changes are made you are agreeing to the changes and to be bound by them. if you do not agree with any changes that are made we ask that you discontinue your use of our site.
